Proceed Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout at checkout at based on your order weight and destination. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. 

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days at contact.keytotheoutdoors.com.  

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping available may vary--- contact us for injuries.

Damaged Items in Transits if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of damaged and packaging so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
